Our New Restaurant

Cooking has always been a passion of mine and now I get to share that passion with the world! I make delicious food with an exotic flavors. Doing competition BBQ was fun and I won some awards but It’s not just BBQ!  I put my heart into everything I make and strive to make a lasting memory with the flavor and freshness that will leave you wanting more! Our small town deserves that, not just picky judges! I love our small town and the people in it! I hope Gilchrist enjoys my food as much as I enjoy making it!

Need some good food for your party or get together? 

We do Catering! If you enjoy a good BBQ but would like to get away from the grill and join the party let us do the grilling for you!

There’s only one Tipsy pig! We love that you’re browsing our site, but if you want the full experience, you’ll have to come and say hi in person!
